Dosage:
- For feline patients, the ratio of powder to ideal body weight* is 1g of fecal powder to 1 lb weight.
- This is equivalent to (1) 10g packet per 10 pounds of body weight.
- For exact dosing, refer to enema protocol above.
*Patients should be dosed based on ideal weight when in a body condition score of 5/9
- Procedure based on methods described in Pereira et al., 2018
- Follow standard practices prior to surgical procedures.
