When you reach out, please provide your order number. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or process any change.

If you reside outside the United States, please be advised that import duties, taxes, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs (both import and export), and any other customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost of your order. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
