- EpiCor® Fermentate (Saccharomyces cerevisiae Postbiotic) - 65 mg
- Anchovy Oil Powder
- EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) - 51 mg
- DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) - 34 mg
- Omega-3 Fatty Acids (total) - 89 mg
Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin and Modified Starch. Capsules are vegetarian, enteric-coated, and contain modified cellulose.

FMT Gut Restore Supplement
Active Ingredients: Donor FMT product that is extensively screened for parasites and pathogens, then cross referenced with our healthy reference set. Learn more about our donor screening process here.
Other Ingredients: Food-grade glycerol. Capsules are vegetarian, enteric-coated, and contain modified cellulose.
This is a natural product. Some variation in color is normal. No adverse drug reactions have been found when used in combination with other products.
Dosage & Safety Information
The Skin & Coat Relief Kit is designed to provide relief of clinical signs associated with dermatological symptoms including: pruritus, atopy, hot spots, and otitis in dogs while awaiting results of a gut microbiome health test.
DOSING: Give 1 FMT Gut Restore capsule and 1 Skin & Coat Relief capsule to your dog daily. Do not open or crush capsules.
SAFETY INFORMATION
The Skin & Coat Relief Kit is for veterinary use only – keep out of reach of children.
Skin & Coat Relief Supplement: Therapeutic dose of EPA + DHA is 59 mg per Kg of body weight. Safe upper limit of EPA + DHA is 175 mg per Kg of body weight according to the National Research Council. Review diet and other supplementation to ensure appropriate dosage.
Safe use during pregnancy or breeding has not been tested. If your dog’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop administration and consult your veterinarian.
Allergens: Fish
Gut Restore FMT Supplement (GRS) contains thousands of strains of bacteria and, initially, some dogs may be sensitive to it. If symptoms worsen after starting the supplement cease administration until the symptoms return to normal (typically within 48 hours). Then reintroduce slowly, one capsule every 2-3 days.
